Design Draughting
Availability of the latest design software enables us to offer a draughting service for all types of mass transfer equipment. We have experience in draughting a wide range of packed tower internals and trays, including high performance distributors/redistributors, chimney trays, high capacity valve trays, shower trays etc.
Our In-house manufacturing facility and proficient communication system between the mechanical and production department has trained our mechanical engineers to prepare nearly flawless fabrication and shop detail drawings. This helps in reducing manufacturing errors as well as eliminating problems associated with installation at site.
Process Feasibility Studies
We are able to carry out complete feasibility studies for new and revamp projects. Our range of service includes: process simulation, hydraulic design of columns and preparation of preliminary G.A. drawings of columns.
